XOLORsplace 4K HDR switch troubleshooting, how to set your HDTV to suppo...

C
Some HDTVs are default RGB switched off, and in this way, it will not support HDR. Enter settings -> expert settings - >HDMI UHD color ->on. And make sure that the switch is connected to the HDMI 2.0v port of the HDTV. Not all the ports on the HDTV are HDMI 2.0v, some HDTVs have just one, and some have 2. Check the manual or the distributor of the HDTVs and find out which ports support 4K 60HZ HDR. We take this video by Samsung UA50KU6310JXXZ, only HDMI 1 supports 4K 60HZ HDR, so when you enter HDMI UHD Color, only HDMI 1 can be set, but HDMI 2 , 3 is in grey color and refuse to be set. So when you find XOLORspace 4K HDR HDMI Switch does not support HDR, please check 1. if you connect the switch to the HDMI 2.0v port, 2. If you switched on RGB on your HDTV, 3. If you use pure-cooper wire HDMI 2.0v 18Gbps cable. Lower standard of HDMI cables works well by direct connection, but higher-stanadard cables are needed when a switch / splitter is added. 3. Check the power supply. If you are in Europe, and use the attaced adapter, the power may be not enough for the switch. You should change a EU plug power supply with 5V 1A and test again.  Customer service contact smartbuyhd@gmail.com
